The Academic Skills Achievement Program (ASAP) program offers peer and professional tutoring services. It also provides supplemental instruction in computer technology, math, science, writing, languages and study strategies aimed at meeting a variety of learning needs at all ability levels.

On-line resources (including Atomic Learning on-line tutorials) are available at MyTech.csumb.edu.

Instructor led training opportunities are offered on an on-going basis for business processes that require the use of CMS Student/HR and CMS Finance. Check out the CMS website for more information about classes required for CMS access for your job. Use the Training Request Form to submit your training request.

You can enroll in many classes relating to professional development, benefits, safety and the like by logging into CMS.

Log into CMS Student/HR via MyCSUMB.

  1. After logging in, choose Self Service > Learning and Development >Training Summary> You can then search for course sessions and enroll.

Written instructions are also available on-line for various tasks:

  1. Visit the CMS Human Resources, Common Financial Systems (CFS) and CMS Student pages for instructions on using the most commonly used functions.
  2. Instructions for using desktop applications, imaging, reporting and other applications used at CSUMB are located at: M:\Technology Training\public\.
