AKA: Google Docs forms, spreadsheets

PURPOSE: Google Docs allow you to create web forms that feed straight to a spreadsheet, eliminating the need to send email and manually enter data.

SOFTWARE: None required. Part of MyMessaging in MyCSUMB.

NOTE: IT previously provided limited support and licenses for Opinio. A limited number of accounts were available for use by each college and non-academic division. Access is still available at survey.csumb.edu but IT has official deprecated this service.
