On July 1, 2008, two new laws related to the use of wireless phones while driving go into effect. These laws require you to use a hands-free headset if you want to talk on your wireless phone while driving.

Some new cell phones come with a wired headset and most support hands-free Bluetooth headsets. If your phone does not support Bluetooth, you will need to get a wired headset.

You can find wired and wireless headsets at stores like Target, Circuit City, Best Buy, Walmart, Costco and at the numerous wireless phone stores including:
