Passwords changed in CMS PeopleSoft HRSA
On Saturday, March 8th, CMS PeopleSoft Human Resources & Student Administration (HRSA) passwords were changed to your 8-digit date of birth (in format of MMDDYYYY).
This change was necessary to accommodate merging Student information from Banner into CMS, to combine it with Human Resources data. This change does not affect FirstClass, Banner, CMS PeopleSoft Finance or any other system.
The system will prompt you to change your password the first time you sign in after March 8th, 2008 at which time password controls and forgotten password assistance will be in effect.
Using your PeopleSoft User ID and new password:
-Please log into PeopleSoft HRSA using Internet Explorer.
-Enter your PeopleSoft User ID and new password, both are case sensitive
-Select “Change password” toward the bottom of the main menu
-Change your password (new one must be at least 8 characters and include at least 1 digit)
-Set up a forgotten password hint – this will allow you to get a new password sent to you if you ever forget your password.
For further information please go to the CMS IDs and Passwords page.If you have difficulty signing in to CMS PeopleSoft HRSA, please contact the IT Help Desk at 582-HELP (Monday - Friday 8am-5pm) or after hours place an IT Service Request using problem type Accounts> PeopleSoft HRSA Password Reset.
