Cable Modem Registration Update Coming

We will be making some improvements to the East Campus cable modem service registration system at midnight on July 22nd. Once these improvements are in place, you will need to re-register your cable modem.

Registration is quick and easy. After July 22nd, all you need to do is open a web browser and you will be automatically directed to a web page that will allow you to register your cable modem. You will need the 12-digit MAC address of your cable modem (it is on a sticker on the back and the cable modem box).

After you register, you will receive a registration confirmation email that includes a link that you must click on to validate your registration. This is to ensure that we have the right email address and contact information.
