Daylight Saving Time ChangeIn an effort to conserve energy, the United States Congress passed the Energy Policy Act in 2005 which mandated that Daylight Saving Time be extended by four weeks beginning in March of 2007. DST dates in the United States will start three weeks earlier, at 2:00 A.M. on the second Sunday in March. DST will end one week later, at 2:00 A.M. on the first Sunday in November.

Users in the United States, Canada, and Mexico
What is Affected?
Every operating system (desktop and server), handheld, embedded, and most time based applications will require updates/patches.
What do I need to do be ready on March 11?
