We will be extending support hours during move-in:

-Friday, January 19th, 8-6 PM
-Saturday, January 20th, 9-3 PM
-Monday, January 22nd through Thursday, January 25th, 8-8 PM

Support/help can be obtained by calling 582-HELP (4357), visiting the Help Desk in the Media Learning Center (Building 18) or by submitting a service ticket at http://it.csumb.edu/support/requests/ . Support includes staff that will be dispatched through the Help Desk to help people in the residence halls with connection and other technology related issues.
