Every time a service request is completed by IT@CSUMB, you have an opportunity to provide valuable feedback via a very short survey (four questions). IT@CSUMB.EDU uses your feedback to help us improve our services.

There are two easy ways to take the survey:

1) Click on the link in the FEEDBACK section of the email sent from Web Help Desk when your ticket was closed as show below

Please take a moment to participate in a quick customer satisfaction survey (https://webhelp.csumb.edu/xxxx). IT@CSUMB.EDU uses your feedback to help us improve our services.

2) You can log into Web Help Desk at any time and take the survey for any Closed service ticket (even ones that were closed weeks or months ago). Once you login, click on the History button

Then click on the "Take" button on the right column of the Closed ticket
