Setup your OtterID Forgot Password Questions
Your Forgot Password Questions let you reset your OtterID password if you happen to forget it or lock your account.
To setup your forgot password questions, go to id.csumb.edu and click the "Continue" button under OtterID. Login with your OtterID and password, and you will be prompted to select some Forgot Password Questions if you have not previously set them up.
